Black Ra1n Reinstallation

i have bought Iphone 3GS firmware 3.1 baseband 5.11.07 & i installed blackra1n to unlock Iphone & then i uninstalled BlackRa1n but i didn't install cydia,now i have a problem as i can't reinsall BlackRa1n to install cydia ,
can anyone Help me to find a solution for this problem???

eASY.  Just log in to iTunes, update to most recent firmare which will be 3.1.2  Exit iTunes after completion and run Blackra1n and you are good. When the phone reboots. Blackra1n icon should be there on your phone.  Just click on it and select Cydia and sn0w.  You iphone will be jaibroken and unlocked after reboot and cydia will be right there.

I installed all blackra1n to otkljcao am for all the cards
but there is a problem when it goes out off and when to raise the system will
