My iPhone 3Gs jailbreaked got over dosed.

Hi, i got iPhone 3Gs 3.0 locked. i un locked it and jailbreak it. Since i have downloaded some 3rd party apps my iPhone was not recieving any calls. so i decided to upgrade it to 3.1 firmware hopping that this will fix it. Now its dead and can't restore it to 3.0 not even making it go to DFU mode. Please help me. Thanks Poor Taste?
