DONOT-

Leave the device in a car on a hot day.

Leave it in direct sunlight for extended amounts of time.

Use certain applications in hot conditions or direct sunlight for long periods of time, such as GPS tracking in a car on a sunny day or listening to music while in direct sunlight.

Well then I guess you can't use GPS tracking in southern CA because it's always hot and you're always in direct sunlight in your car on the freeways!

I think a cover would be fine as long as the screen isn't always in the sun, right?
