Do you have any problem in sending an audio whose length is more than one minute usually? Because i often find it. Once i recorded a song and tried to send it to my email but it was not happening. Rather audio of 30 seconds are working well.
I agree with Suzana. It seems to me it should be working, so I'd check with the manufacturer and see if they have any suggestions or if there's a problem with the device.
I've never experienced this, nor heard of it. Maybe contracting the manufacturer like the others said is the best thingto do, or failing that your phone company (they would deal with it in the UK at least). Best of luck!
Well it seems to be working quite well for me. The most likely problem in this case is poor quality signal reception. Check with the signal strength available for mobiles in your locality.
Are you by any chance in some remote location that would be causing this? I'm still thinking you should contact the support line for help, but just wondered about your location.
