Hey it looks like my old case does fit the new 3G what a pleasant surprise thought for sure they were different sizes. Now I don't have to buy a new one

Really it does fit? We'll I have to try it for my self because I have the old cases from my old iPhone.

That would make sense.  They're just improving the product, not radically revising it.  It's good to know.

Ah, I'll have to check it out for myself, because that'd be good, I could just use my old case, save money! though, does the new case have more padding? or are they just the same?

I have to say I'm a little bit shocked that the case fits!  I figured they would make it slightly different just so that they can make more money on accessories.
