Hi friends i want to know how to backup iphone so that if anything wrong happens we can restore it again like a PC.I want to know the step by step procedure.Thanks

It is simple. You have to control click the iphone touch icon on the left side of the window and choose back up or restore a previously saved back up. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the information.  Now can this backup be transferred to another device so that if the phone itself dies that the software components are saved?

Itunes can backup the ipod on your computer, but for that you should sync both.

So every time when you connect it will automatically get the backup.

 

 You can do this if this doesn’t happen automatically. First choose devices under iphone then right click on it, you can either choose update the software or factory settings. The difference is update software option will do automatically and the factory settings will ask for user permission then it will send the setup  to the iphone now you can restore backup , it will be saved.

You get the software and install it in your computer then back up the files daily on a sync link.
