Personally, I think that they should. It's unfair to loyal customers when people who are brand-new to the game get little advantages that the others don't. If anything, people who have a contract should get a generous trade-in credit towards the 3G S.
I totally agree. It makes me crazy when you've been with a company for ages and they won't let you upgrade without paying an arm and a leg, but they let new customers who have never been with them have all these things for free and for cheap. I think its ridiculous and I think it fosters cancelling a plan and moving to other companies in the end.
I agree entirely. It's happening in the UK too; people like me with the normal iPhone 3g are unable to upgrade without buying out our existing contracts; and they won't let us just buy the phone seperately, or do a trade in, it's silly.
I also agree with you all how can they continuously taking upgrade fee they are too business minded and it is really disgusting.For this people will not continue their service opt for others.
