I hear AT&T allows you to cancel your account for $175 and then you can sell your iPhone and get the new 3G S

I wouldn't recommend canceling now. you might end up phoneless because there seems to be a shortage of 3G S units now.

Rogers won't sell a 3Gs iPhone without a contract even if you're willing to pay full price = BANDITS!

Just try to wait for a few weeks until they have good stocks of  iPhone, Right now I heard that there are shortage of iPhones because of the bandwagon. Remember patience is a virtue
