No, I like it, if the things look common and I find my way through new technology easily. So no need to blame them for having the same design as before.
I agree with wildy. What they have now works really well, and it's also still a new technology for many. I'm not sure it would be smart to change it around dramatically at this point.
I think it's more an upgrade to the previous model than a complete overhaul. Still, if it wasn't for the improved hardware, they could've just done a major firmware overhaul.
I don't like that its the same design. It totally sounds super materialistic, but I want it to be obvious to others that I've gotten my hands on the newest and best! So I'm disappointed that it looks just like previous editions.
Flashing around a multi-hundred dollar cell phone is a good way to get bumped into and lose it. I like the fact that it looks like the previous, that way, some stupid criminal will grab it, look at it, and say "Aw damn! This is the 3G mo- hey! I know my rights! Whaddaya mean 'guilty'?"
