Yes, it was available for pre-order on the Apple site. There was a bunch of news about that beginning in the middle of May 2009, if I'm recalling my dates correctly.

Yup that's true. Those who order with Apple will get their phone shipped to them for free. But it will still arrive on June 19!

I heard that apple stores will open at 8am. I'd still go for AT&T's 7am opening :P Then parade down to the Apple store here and wave my phone a lot. hehehe

Where are all you guys posting from? Which cities do you believe will have the 3G S at Apple stores on launch day? I can't find any information about the phone coming to Canada, and I certainly can't find anything about stores that will have in on launch day. Boo.
