I bought 4 I-phones on Family Plan with Rogers approx.6 months ago. One developed "white-screen" issue and is no longer functional. Rogers claim they cover warranty, not Apple. Rogers willing to replace but not with new as purchased. Rogers says warranty on replacement phone to be balance of existing non-functional phone. I submit that replacement phone to be new, as originally purchased. Warranty on replacement to be 1 year from date of purchase. I feel strong case for Class Action Lawsuit.
