I've heard that Apple will release the Snow Leopard OS this September, allowing you to sync your emails.  Will that sync your tasks too?

I really haven't heard of Snow Leopard, but right now, it is impossible to sync your iPhone with your computer without using some sort of software.

I think that that will be addressed when Snow Leopard is launched. Apple says that you will be able to sync your mails, calendar and contacts with your iPhone.

I've heard of that, but apparently tasks and folders management are not part of the package.

Well, it's still good that you can now natively sync the iPhone with the Mac.  Would it be possible to do this on Windows machines?

I don't think it does.  The syncing capability is largely due to the Snow Leopard OS, which will only be available on Macs.

Someone want to explain this Snow Leopard thing?  It sounds like it might be kinda interesting and I am always looking for easier ways to sync after having lost some data when I forgot to in the past.....sigh.....

I read it has built in support for Microsoft exchange. So I assume that means you can sync your emails, your tasks, calender as well as contacts
