Hmmmn... I agree with that. The features it has is directed at the individual consumer, not for enterprise solutions. I would like to hear if the 3G S is closer to being an enterprise solution.
One innovation I would like to see for the 3G S is to have it sync its calendars with my desktop calendars over the air. Right now, I have to use some software to sync it with my Outlook.
Another thing Apple would need to improve is the security. iPhones do not natively protect the
data on an iPhone. No passwords, no encryption, no nothing. Although the remote wipe is a good addition for security, it might be too late for you to wipe it and whoever has your phone could have had accessed the data already.
I do wish Apple takes the iPhone out of AT&T. This is one of the reasons why our company didn't adapt it because we have office all over the country and some of our branches were not served by AT&T.
Just curious but why wasn't the phone good for businesses? Too much play time? I would have thought that with all the applications on the iPhone that it would have been wonderful for anyone, businesses included.
