HTC Magic Vs. iPhone 3G S

I've long been a fan of Google's Android phones. I have the HTC Dream and it works like a charm and I must say it gave the iPhone a run for its money.  The latest Android Phone is the HTC Magic, and since we're comparing phones here, what do you guys think about this one?

Google is google.  And although mobile OS is not one of its core businesses, I think having Google backing is a nice touch.  So it's really a toss up for me.

Expandable memory is something that clinches it for me.  However, with the 3G S having a 32 GB version, I'd go for that.

I was completely unaware that Google had a phone at all.  Where does one find something like this?  I am sure it must not be available in Canada, as I think I'm fairly up to date on technology and I've never heard of it!  Sounds kinda neat though....

Hmmmn... it's basically a tie for me.  Basically both are good phones with great OS.

@mvanderwal: Hmmm... Google's HTC Dream have been with TMobile for the longest time.  And in Canada, you can find it at Roger's.  Maybe you just never paid attention to the OS of the phones...

I agree.  Both have roughly the same features.  But my vote goes to 3G S because admit it, the Appstore has a lot more apps that Google's marketplace does!

Well Google android os is far better and robust than iphone's..Google Android OS is the vast integration of Google and Google products in the OS. You won’t find a better mobile Gmail experience than what is on the HTC Magic.Its has some better facility like making folder ,moving icons etc but iphone has also some better facilities over HTC like looks,memory storage etc.

well if we compare both tech i go for HTC magic cause it has better resolution, specification and many more, i used Apple i phone but it did not satisfy me whereas HTC magic does.............
