Well, from what I've read, T-mobile Netherlands have released the specs for the new iPhone, and it's stated there that the phone does run on 256MB of RAM
I have been hearing so much of this lately, but I notice that Microsoft has not released any information to this regard....hmmm....wonder how long before RIM starts talking about the RAM on the BlackBerries in comparison....

As to comparisons, Apple has long lost in the processor speed game, that's why it has made it a practice not to publish specs. But in this case, THEY SHOULD!
