Yes, the phone allows for tethering.  Basically it just means that you can use the iPhone's data connection for Internet access.

Well, it gets better.  You can use the tethering feature over USB or wireless Bluetooth, saving you the wires

Hmmmn... don't get too excited though.  I don't think it's going to be available here.  AT&T has said that the feature will not be offered as of now.

That's right.  But they did say that they will be offering it soon, but they didn't specify how much it would cost!

That's cool!  It makes this phone even more convenient and beneficial.  You just never know when it will come in handy. That was a great idea that will be of use to us all.
