I don't know, but I'd like to. I sure hope that owners of this new product come on board to answer some of these questions. It would be so convenient to get traffic information whenever we needed it instead of having to wait for the radio broadcast at the top of the hour.

Really? Traffic information at your fingertips anytime! That's handy!

Imagine that, with the iPhone 3G S you won't have to get stuck in traffic again.

Hi Orrymain, the "owners" of this new product will not be getting their mobile phones until the 19th when AT&T releases it. :)

Yup. It's also easy to use too since traffic volume shows up as red, yellow or green, indicating traffic congestion, slow moving traffic, low traffic areas.

So on top of telling you which way to take, it also tells you how much traffic to expect?
That's nice!

Well, that's one way. You can also get a street view on your phone, but I don't know if its in real time or not!

Okay so the traffic information thing. What are the chances of it being up to date? How would that work? I mean, if something happens how will the system know? Would it be updated by some Microsoft traffic camera or helicopter or something? Sounds awfully hard to do.... | | Poor Taste?
