3gs stuck on dfu mode

hi, my 3gs stuck on dfu mode i am currently on 4.1 and baseband 06.15.00 getting restore error 1600. and 21 (custom FM, and Official FM) i saved shsh for 4.1 already but tiny umbrella can not show my 3gs, just DFU device connected i am stuck on this error nothing help even iReb, redsn0w,..... pls help Poor Taste?

Try holding the sleep/wake button for 15 seconds, continue holding the sleep/wake button but now hold the home button for 10 seconds, let go of the home button but contiune holding the sleep/wake button for 2-3 seconds. I hope this helps.
