My phone won't stop talking to me!!

I have the 3GS, my 4 year old son grabbed my phone and and pushed some buttons, now it's talking to me! My phone is set on Voice Control and will not scroll. Everything I touch, it reads off to me and then you have to double click it. Anyone know how to fix it? I have tried to restore it once and that didn't help. Someone please help!!! Poor Taste?
