how to reset exchange password on iphon

Hi, Can anyone help me on this before I throw this phone into a very deep hole. I want to sync my phone with gmail. It worked fine 2 days ago but now Exchange wont accept my password and my phone deleted all my contacts. I have my contacts on gmail but cannot access them due to exchange. How do I change reset the exchange password. Dont know even where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
