Step 1 Uncheck “Sync ringtones” option

Firstly, you need uncheck “Sync ringtones” option to avoid iTunes remove ringtones on your iPhone. Connect iPhone to your computer, open iTunes if it doesn’t automatically open, select the iPhone icon in the Source pane, click the Ringtones tab and then uncheck the “Sync ringtones” option.
