help with the syncing to a different comp.

i saved the piks on my iphone of my home comp but now im in the office and i want to save some ringtones from here but if i use itunes here i will get all my data deleted how can i use this comp. without gettin my stuff deleted or how can i save a ringtone i recieved by email attchment i can hear it but not put it as a ringtone Poor Taste?
