If your iPhone is still stuck on voice command, check out the directions below to fix it. You will have to hook your phone up to iTunes. Hope it helps. It worked for me. In iTunes

1. Connect iPhone or iPod touch to your computer.
2. In iTunes, select your device.
3. In the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access in the Options section.
   
4. Select the accessibility features that you want to use and click OK.
   

thanks matey, ive been up all night tryin to sort this issue and if i didnt read this i probably would have smashed my phone!!

Thanks-a-mil!  My wife jacked up her phone, and was in a mad state of hysteria trying to figure out how to regain control from the evil computer voice chick.  I was about to have to take her out back and put her and the phone down..... your fix worked like a charm. :~)
