Hi, i just bought a brand new iphone 3gs locked to BELL. my sim card is FIDO and of course i pop it in the phone and it doesnt work... so i'm just wondering if i need to do any updates before unlocking the phone on my own.. i've watched this tutorial video and got a good idea of how to do it. remember now its FRESH out of the BOX, 3GS, and im only wondering if there are any updates BEFORE unlocking/jailbreaking the phone on my own, if no please tell me !! THX

anyone found a way of being able to switch the iphone on and off after jailbreaking the iphone 3gs

Anyone know if  the iphone blackra1n jailbreak can now be swiched on and off with no problems,like having to restore the phone with itunes?????
