Iphone 3gs issues

I am experiencing two issues with my new 3gs running 3.1.2 code. 1. I am have a large quantity of dropped calls. 2. While talking on my Jawbone Prime bluetooth headset the receive audio is so low that I cannot drive down the freeway and hear the person talking. Has anyone seens these issues before? Poor Taste?

hi, i have an i phone 3gs 3.1.2 and the message cellular data failure comes up?ive tried turning on and off, restoring and nothing happens please help

bought my first 3gs fri and already had to exchange for another and that one no one can hear me when thay call..apple sending another phone...if this one gives me trouble ...at&t can take it back
